We got some metal chairs featuring a wooden veneer back and seat from Superior Seating. They showed up in perfect condition, are super comfy, and fit right in at the Mellow Mushroom restaurant. I totally recommend them and will be ordering from Jane again for our other locations down the line!

We bought various types of chairs and tables. The chair itself was okay. However, the delivery was just terrible. The driver was incredibly rude. It was a really unpleasant and degrading experience.

This company is quite the piece of work. They claim to ship quickly but are just out to get your cash, then they keep lying, which really ticks off customers. If they had just been honest and said that no shipping companies would work with them, or if they charged a bit more to use a reliable service, they might actually do well. After this experience, I can't recommend them at all. I found out today, 14 days after they took my payment, that they’re canceling my order and refunding me. They weren’t too happy about my review since I got no response from customer service. Then Mr. Bradley reached out to express his thoughts on my feedback and mentioned I should see my refund by tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted. Well, I got a receipt saying I was refunded four days ago, but it’s still not in my account. I just don’t get how a company can take your money so fast but not give it back in the same way. Either they’re short on cash or that receipt is just a bunch of nonsense. Best to steer clear of this shady operation and their employees.

I purchased 60 chairs for my dining area. The quality is top-notch, and they arrived super quickly. I’d surely buy from them again.

This is an awesome item at fantastic prices, truly one of the top options out there, and I put in a ton of research before making my choice.

The driver didn’t get in touch with the contact listed on the order. Instead, they dropped off the items at the wrong location. My customer, along with 10 volunteers, had to haul all 100 chairs to the right place. Now, I’ve got one very dissatisfied customer. What’s up with no call?

The customer support was exceptional! The staff was super helpful and quick to respond...and the delivery of the tables and chairs was right on time, especially given how fast I needed them! They look great and feel solid, but I gotta say, they do scratch pretty easily. Just moving a cardboard box from one end of the table to the other left a mark...and that was totally by accident. Aside from that, it's a fantastic product!

Great tables in terms of appearance and build. The only tricky bit was the minimum order requirement, which isn't perfect for smaller businesses. The ordering was straightforward, and the delivery time was quicker than I thought, especially considering we ordered during a global pandemic.

Incredible fast shipping and super professional! Just like the images and in flawless condition upon arrival! I ordered 30 chairs with a crazy tight deadline, and they showed up days ahead of when they were supposed to! Highly recommend!!! Would absolutely buy from them again!
